Ho acquistato il Redbreast 12 alcuni mesi fa trovando un distillato che trascende i classici whiskey non torbati. Non è solo lo sherry, tra laltro preponderante e meraviglioso anche diverso tempo dopo aver finito la bevuta sia in bocca che nel bicchiere, potete annusare per diverso tempo il bicchiere .... Un complesso di profumi e sapori ineguagliabile. Il Redbreast 15 era quindi il passo successivo. Le aspettative non sono state disattese. Lo acquisto da spirit-Italia, rimango soddisfatto dellacquisto. Il colore leggermente più intenso del 12 e già una gioia, il profumo una conferma, con un po più di legno. Al sapore effettivamente si percepisce più speziato, un grado alcolico leggermente superiore come indicato in etichetta e un emozione floreale. Ora attendo la seconda bevuta che di solito mi da le sensazioni più corrette. In ogni caso il mio whiskey non torbato preferito. Ora punterò il 21. P.s: lo abbiamo degustato con due amici appassionati della torba....se volete sorprendere i vostri amici fateglielo provare, dovreste vedere le espressioni....
